摘要
基于安徽省城镇民用建筑面积及能耗现状调查分析、合肥市大型公共建筑能耗现状及发展分析的调查结果,论述了合肥市既有建筑节能改造的重要性和紧迫性,同时分析了在合肥市开展既有建筑节能改造工作存在的难点,并对如何突破难点做出了定性的分析。既有建筑节能改造需要以公共建筑为重点,尤其要以大型公共建筑为突破口。拟定了合肥市既有建筑节能改造工作的内容及其步骤,即节能诊断、节能改造方案的确定、节能改造方案的实施和节能改造后的评估。
Based on the result of investigation in regard to civil construction areas and the present status of energy consumption analysis in cities and towns of A nhui province, and the large public buildings energy consumption analysis of the present status and development trend in Hefei city, the importance and urgency of energy efficiency reform for the existing buildings in Hefei city was discussed. At the same time, the difftculty to carry out the energy efficiency reform for the existing buildings in Hefei city was analyzed, as well as how to break through the diffwulty. It can be used as a breakthrough in energy effwiency reform that focuses on the public buildings in Hefei city, especially in large public buildings. The steps and methods about the energy efficiency reform for the existing buildings in Hefei city were recounted, that is energy efficiency diagnosis, ascertaining the methods about the energy efficiency reform, carrying out the energy efficiency reform and evaluating the effect after the reform.
