摘要
综合采用安全系统分析、计算机信息处理、管理信息系统和专家系统分析等手段,针对我国煤矿生产安全事故频发的特点,将ERP系统的先进管理思想和信息技术应用在合理调配煤矿企业安全资源管理上,对煤矿安全工作实现事先计划和事中控制,最大程度地发挥安全人员、安全设备和安全投入等资源的作用,促进煤矿实现安全生产,从而更有效地控制和预防煤矿事故的发生。
According to frequent accidents of coal mine production in China, the ERP advanced management ideas and information technology are applied to deploying rationally safety resources management for coal mines by using the methods including the safety system analysis, computer information processing, management information systems and expert system analysis. This system can achieve plans in advance and in control. It plays an important role to maximize safety personnel, safety equipments, safety input, and other resources, so it promotes realization of mine work safety, controls and prevents coal mine accidents more effectively.
