Claudins是一种表达于上皮细胞和内皮细胞的紧密连接蛋白，研究发现其异常表达与胃肠道肿瘤的发生及转移有关。Claudins对胃肠道肿瘤的诊断、治疗及预后评估有着广阔的应用前景。
Claudius is a kind of tight junction （TJ） proteins expressed on epithelial and endothelial cells,abnormal expression of claudins has been documented in the occurrence and metastasis of gastrointestinal neoplasms. Investigating the expression of claudins in tumour cell has great significance for the diagnosis,therapy and prognosis of gastrointestinal neoplasms.
