摘要
针对目前我国调水市场机制存在的问题,探讨了利用市场机制协调调水市场各方利益,并通过分析调水市场将调水市场划分为非固定调水市场和协议调水市场,分析了非固定调水市场的纯战略帕累托均衡、混合战略纳什均衡及协议调水市场的合作博弈,通过寻求利益最大化,得出了均衡状态下的价格实例计算。实例计算结果表明,博弈分析对我国调水工程水价的制定和管理具有一定的理论意义和应用价值。
Water dispatch market mechanism have some problems. It has been discussed that how to use market mechanisms to coordinate the interests of all parties of water market. Through water dispatch market analysis, water dispatch market has been divided into non-fixed water dispatch market and fixed quantity of water dispatch market. Pareto equilibrium of pure strategy has been analyzed. Mixed strategy Nash equilibrium of water dispatch market has been analysed too. At last, cooperative game of water dispatch market has been analyzed. The equilibrium price has been obtained by seeking maximization of the benefits. This price mechanism puts new demands on information system and goverrmlent functions. The analysis results have a certain theoretical significance and application value for China＇s water dispatch market.
