基于权益系数敏感性分析的水资源配置决策

摘要 权益系数(权重)是多目标决策中的一个重要参数,对检验结果依赖权重的敏感程度具有重要作用,以南水北调受水区为例,建立了基于权益系数敏感性的水资源配置决策模型,提出以权益系数的最小变化量衡量参数变化对决策结果的影响程度。实例结果表明,该法简便实用,克服了模型求解时多目标向单目标转化过程中水量配置的结果与实际脱节的缺点,对区域水资源优化决策、协调不同水源开发利用程度、提高水资源利用效率及供水系统的可靠性具有重要参考价值。 As an optimization and assessment method in multi--object decision the sensitivity analysis on parameter is important in indefinite assessment system. And the weight coefficient is an important parameter in multi-object decision making, it is necessary to verify the sensitivity degree of results to weight. In this paper the allocation decision model of water resources based on the weight coefficient sensitivity analysis is preferred and is used at the South-North Water Di- version Project region. Meanwhile the method by using the minimum of the weight coefficient fluctuation to measure the influence changing degree of decision result caused by parameter changing is presented. The practice indicates the method is simple and practical,overcomes the disagreement disadvantage in the case of transforming multi-object to single object during the process of solving the allocation model, and provides important reference to analyze regional resources optimization and to harmonize its utilization thus to improve resources utilization efficiency and supply reliabili'cy.
