摘要
通过对突变分段信号的傅里叶变换和小波分析,说明小波分析在判断频率突变位置方面的优越性。利用db4小波对从故障模拟机械平台提取的齿轮故障信号进行小波分析,有效的提取了信号故障特征。
Starting with the basic theory of wavelet analysis, a fast numerical algorithm for multi resolution analysis is briefly introduced. Comparing the results of FFT and wavelet analysis for processing of the sudden changing signals, the advantage of wavelet analysis is demonstrated. Then, db4 wavelet is used to analyze the fault signals of gears. It is shown that the wavelet analysis can extract the feature of the fault signals effectively.
