摘要
了解中医师临床实践中参考文献种类、价值,为提出中医学临床研究方法提供依据。中医医师面对临床问题主要靠回想"经方"和"经典理论";中医临床实践中参考的文献重要程度排位:经典古书>医案>名老中医经验集>文献综述>现代中医研究文献;文献系统评价工作在中医临床实践中迫切需要。
We interviewed 12 chief physicians, collecting the view to the clinical referring means, literature＇s details and reliability of literature. When adjusting the therapeutic plan, Traditional Chinese Medicine doctor mainly think over and over, recall the classical prescriptions and classical theory. Systematically evaluating the Traditional Chinese Medicine literatures is needed urgently from the opinion of experts.
