男性尿道分泌物淋球菌培养漏检情况分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解细菌培养法对男性尿道分泌物淋球菌培养检查的漏检情况。方法同时用荧光定量PCR法、细菌培养法及直接涂片法对362例男性尿道分泌物检测,然后对3种方法检测结果进行统计学处理。结果362例男性尿道分泌物荧光定量PCR阳性率为29.56%(107/362);与直接涂片法阳性率26.52%(96/362)较接近(x^2=0.83,P>0.05);而细菌培养法阳性率4.42%(16/362)明显低于PCR法(x^2=81.10,P<0.01)和直接涂片法(x^2=67.60,P<0.01)。结论单纯淋菌培养对男性病例的漏检率高,达80%以上;保证分析前标本的质量和采用两种以上方法同时进行检测是提高淋菌检出率的有效措施。 Objective To investigate the undetected situation in gonococci culture of male urethral secretions. Methods The 362 cases of male urethral secretions were simultaneously detected with fluorescence quantitative PCR,germiculture and direct smear method. The results in three detections Were statistically analyzed. Results The fluorescence quantitative PCR positive rate was 29.56% ,near to direct smear method(26.52 % ) ( X^2 = 0.83, P〉 0.05) ; the germiculture positive rate (4.42 %) was significantly lower than the positive rates of fluorescence quantitative PCR(X^2 = 81.10,P〈0.01) and direct smear method(X^2=67. 60,P〈0. 01. Conclusion The simple gonococci culture has high missed detection rate(〉80%) in detecting male cases. Ensuring the quality of samples before analysis and detecting with two methods or above are the effective measures to improve the gonococci detection rate.
