摘要
以马克思主义分配理论为依据,指出以按劳分配为主体,把按劳分配和按生产要素分配结合起来,是社会主义初级阶段的客观必然,是生产力发展的客观要求。同时,从市场经济的运行机制出发,对按劳分配与按生产要素分配相结合的实现过程和实现形式提出了看法。
Bases on the Marxist theory of allocation, this article points out thti it is the inevitability and necessity of the development of productive forces in the primary stage of socialism to combine contributions according to work and essential factors of production, with the former as the principal part. And some ideas about the process and form of the combination are advanced in line with the mechanism of market economy.
