摘要
目的:探讨逆预期死亡患者直系亲属专项护理的问题。方法:观察96例逆预期死亡患者的210名直系亲属心理变化及护理措施效果。结果:210名死者直系亲属均产生极度悲伤心理,并呈现不同的心理变化,不同护理措施施行后,均有好的效果。结论:护士应对逆预期死亡患者采取针对性的心理护理措施。
Objective： to explore the nursing and care of the immediate relatives of the unexpected dead patients. Methods： psychological change and nursing measures of the 210 immediate relatives of 96 the unexpected dead patients have been observed. Results： 210 immediate relatives were all extremely misery, and displayed various psychological changes, and have shown good result after varied nursing measures. Conclusion： nurses should proved appropriate mental nursing for the relatives of the dead patients.
