摘要
目的:研究金匮肾气口服液对肾阳虚模型大鼠的治疗作用。方法:将大鼠分为4组:正常组、模型组、金匮肾气口服液治疗组(高、低剂量组),除正常组外,其他组大鼠用氢化可的松制作肾阳虚模型,正常组和模型组用等体积的蒸馏水,治疗组给予相应剂量的金匮肾气口服液灌胃,连续14d。最后测定三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)及睾酮(T)含量,并计算脏器系数。结果:治疗组大鼠血清中的T3、SOD、睾酮含量升高,MDA含量降低。同时肾脏系数降低、睾丸系数升高、肾上腺系数无变化。结论:金匮肾气口服液对大鼠肾阳虚模型有一定的防治作用。
Objective： To study the effect of Jinguishenqiwan （JGSHQKFY）on the model of kidney-Yang deficiency in rats. Methods： Rats were divided into 4 groups：normal group,model group and JGSHQKFY therapeutic groups （high, low dose）.Except the normal group,the others were made into model of kidney-yang deficiency by injecting hydrocortisone.After that,normal and model groups were given equal distilled water, therapeutic groups were given corresponding dose of JGSHQKFY for 14 successive days.In the end,contents of T3SOD,testosterone, MDA,the organ indexes of every group were determined. Results： the contents of T3SOD, testosterone were higher and the content of MDA the therapeutic groups the testis index was higher was lower in therapeutic groups than in model group.Meantime ,in , the renal index was lower than in the model group. Conclusion： It is indicated that JGSHQKFY exerts a certain therapeutic effect on the kidney-yang deficiency in rats.
