摘要
目的:总结A-V内瘘血管的保护性护理措施。方法:对812例A-V内瘘血管进行术前、术后、保护性穿刺技术等护理。结果:812例以内瘘为血管通路者,瘘管最长使用寿命为9年以上,仅3例因长时间低血压、血粘度高等原因导致功能丧失而改做腹透和重建血管。结论:通过采用A-V内瘘保护性护理技术维护了内瘘功能和延长了内瘘使用寿命。
Objective： to summarize the measures we take during the protective care of A V fistula vascular. Methods： In the process, we make full use of the nursing skills to experiment on the 812 subjectives. We adopt the protective puncture technique, especially before and after surgery, in order to make sure to provide enough blood to keep it flowing freely, and cause few complications. Results： Among them, the service life of the internal fistula is over 9 years at most, only 3 ones need peritoneal dialysis and revascularization because of hypotension and high blood viscosity. Conclusion： it is clear that the internal fistula function has been improved and the service life has been prolonged with the adoption of this technology.
