摘要
目的:观察左旋卡尼汀(L-CN)治疗老年性慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的临床疗效。方法:老年CHF患者78例,随机分成两组,对照组39例给予硝酸酯类、地高辛、利尿剂、转换酶抑制剂和β受体阻滞剂,治疗组在此基础上加用L-CN治疗。治疗14d后比较NYHA心功能分级及心脏指数、左室射血分值和E/A改善情况。结果:L-CN组治疗后NYHA分级均较治疗前改善明显,心功能指标中心脏指数(CI)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室收缩末容积(LVESV)、与对照组差异有显著性,而E/A值、心率变化与对照组差异无统计学意义。结论:在常规药物治疗基础上,短期应用L-CN是一种安全有效的CHF代谢治疗方法。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of L-carnitine injection on old age chronic congested heart failure （CHF）. Methods ： Seventy-eight cases of old CHF patients were divided into two groups at random. Thirty-nine patients in control group were treated with medicine of the nitric acid ester, digoxin, diuretic, transformation enzyme inhibitor and Beta acceptor retarder. Experiment group were treated with L-carnitine combined with routine medicine therapy. After treating 14d, compares the NYHA heart function graduation and the cardiac index, the left room shoots the menstruation value and the E/A improvement situation. Results： The marked effect of the cardiac index, the left room shoots the menstruation value in experiment group were significantly higher than that in control group, but E/A, heart ratio showed no significant change. Conclusion： Short-term application L-carnitine injection combined with routine medicine therapy proved a better curative effect on chronic corpulmonale.
