摘要
目的:探讨上消化道出血的诱因。方法:回顾性分析132例上消化道出血患者的临床资料。结果:有明确诱因的病例中,各种诱因所占的比例分别是食物不当占41%,药物占26%,饮酒占18%,其他占15%。结论:上消化道出血的主要诱因有食物不当、药物、饮酒和劳累等。
Objective: To explore the incentives for upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods: Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 132 cases of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Results: among the cases with a clear incentive, improper diet accounted for 41 percent , drugs accounted for 26%, alcohol 18%, other 15%. Conclusion: upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage mainly caused by improper food, drugs, alcohol and fatigue and so on.
