摘要
探讨医院人才工作,通过分析医院人才队伍现状,找出医院人才工作中存在的问题,提出统一思想,加强领导,优化人才环境,完善育人机制,积极推行人事制度改革,加强医院人才队伍建设。
Study hospital personnel working byanalyzing the status of the hospital personnel and identifying problems in work. To seek unity of thinking, strengthen leadership, human resources environment to optimize and improve the mechanism for educating people to actively promote the reform of personnel system to strengthen the work of the hospital response personnel.
