摘要
针对国内现有救援指挥通信系统的缺点,依据国家矿山事故灾难应急预案和救护规程的相关规定,分析煤矿企业应急救援指挥流程,提出信息流传输模型,并设计新型救援指挥通信系统以解决应急救援中信息传输问题。同时,设计休眠唤醒模块延长系统单次使用时间。通过现场测试,系统设计符合三级指挥流程,指挥信息传输流畅,可以多次持续作业。
Based on the disadvantages of the current domestic mine emergency rescue and command communication system, and the emergency preplan for national mine accidents disasters and rescue regulations, this paper analyzes the procedure of the emergency rescue and command and the model of information flow transmission in coal mines, and presents the system model of the new type emergency rescue and command communication system, and design a new type system to solve the problem of the information transmission. Furthermore, the module of the dormancy awakening is designed to prolong the single running time. The field test has showed that the new type system has the characteristics of the meeting the three-level-command requirements, fluency of the information transmission and the multiple operations.
