Status Analysis on Rescue Technology and Equipment for Personnel in Difficult in Underground Mine

摘要 为了了解和掌握国内矿山救援中被困人员施救技术和装备现状及存在的问题,对国内救援队现有的生命探测仪、人员定位系统、起重设备、破拆设备、救援钻机、煤矿灾害救援机器人等主要救援装备和技术进行了调查与分析。研究结果表明:国内矿山救援中超长距离和超穿透能力的生命探测技术、遇险人员呼救信号的远距离辨识与定位技术与国外有较大差距;对快速冒落区域中遇险人员救生通道的成套技术及轻型、深孔、大直径快速掘进钻机等装备比较缺乏研究;指出了救援机器人的研制与投产应用是矿山救援工作的迫切需求。 In order to understand and master the rescue technology and equipment status and problems existing to rescue the personnel in difficult in mine at home and abroad, an investigation and analysis were conducted on the life detector, personnel positioning system, lift equipment, breaking and dismantling equipment, rescue drilling rig, mine disaster rescue robot and other main rescue equipments and technologies available to the domestic rescue teams. The study results showed that there was a big difference gap with the overseas in the ultra long distance and ultra penetration capacity life detection technology, the long distance identification and positioning technology for the help signal of the personnel in difficult. There was a shortage of the completed set technology, the light weight, deep borehole and large diameter rapid roadway heading machine to rapid open a rescue channel for the personnel in the roof falling area. The research and development, production and application of the rescue robot was the urgent requirement for the mine rescue work.
