摘要
在杨村煤矿注浆孔钻探施工过程中,为了解决因风化带塌孔而造成的卡钻、埋钻等问题,对地面预注浆施工设计进行了优化:延伸第2组孔套管长度至风化带以下;主井、风井第2组孔完成本孔钻注工作后,通过定向钻进完成第1组孔下部注浆孔施工,绕开破碎带。施工结果表明:优化设计后,彻底将3个井筒地面预注浆钻孔施工中的风化破碎带避开,从根本上解决了注浆孔坍塌的问题,避免了钻进事故,且缩短井筒地面预注浆工程工期4个月。
During the grouting borehole drilling operation process in Yangcun Mine, in order to solve the drilling jammed and drilling tools buried problems due to the borehole falling in the weathered zone of the borehole, the surface pre-grouting construction design was optimized and the length of the second group casing pipe was extended to bellow the weathered zone. When the second group boreholes in the mine main shaft and the mine ventilation shaft completed with the drilling and grouting operations, the directional drilling was applied to complete the grouting borehole drillings below the first group boreholes to by pass the broken zone. The construction results showed that after the design optimized, the borehole drilling operation of the surface pre-grouting for the three mine shafts would completely avoid the weathered zone and could fundamentally solve the borehole falling problem of the grouting boreholes. Thus the drilling accidents had been avoided and the surface pre-grouting project of the mine shaft had been reduced by 4 months.
