摘要
为了解决湖西矿井回采巷道锚杆支护效果差、变形严重的现状,提出了可变形让压锚杆支护理论,即支护系统本身必须具有变形让压功能,在锚杆所受的载荷达到其强度极限前让压变形以保护杆体,并实现控制让压。通过对现场实际情况分析研究和数值计算分析,研制了可变形让压锚杆支护系统。现场应用表明,可变形让压锚杆支护系统可有效控制围岩变形与破坏,是适合湖西矿井的一种全新的支护方式。
In order to solve the poor bolt support effect and serious anchorage deformation of the mining gateway in Huxi Mine, a support theory of the deformable and yield bolt was provided and that is to say that the support system should have the deformable and yield function. Before the loading on the bolt reached to the strength limits, the yield and deformation could protect the bolt bar and could control the yield. With the analysis study of the site actual conditions and the analysis on the numerical calculation, the deformable and yield bolt support system was developed. The site application showed that the deformable and yield support system could be effectively to control the deformation and failure of the surrounding rocks and could be a brand-new support method suitable to Huxi Mine.
