摘要
为了缓解濉萧矿区煤炭资源开采紧张和防止矿井水害的发生,根据绿色开采体系中保水开采的重要性,依据濉萧矿区的生产地质条件,提出了充填矸石替换三下压煤的充填保水采煤技术模式。结合矿压研究理论分析了试验工作面充填采煤的可行性,通过数值模拟软件分析了充填效果,并结合矿区开采现状分析了充填保水开采的技术和经济优势。结果表明,采高3 m的情况下,充填率达到75%,可以保护顶板上方20 m以外的含水层不被破坏。充填保水采煤技术模式在濉萧矿区有很强的实用性,并具有良好的应用前景。
In order to release the mining tension of the coal resources in the Suixiao Mining Area and to prevent the mine water disaster occurred, according to the importance of the water keeping mining in the green mining system, the paper provided the coal rejects back filling to replace the back filling water keeping coal mining technical mode of the coal resources under the water body, railway line and building structures. In combined with the mine pressure research theory, the paper analyzed the feasibility of the back filling and mining for the trial coal mining face. The back filling results were analyzed with the numerical simulated software. In combined with the mining status of the mining area, the paper analyzed the technical and economic advantages of the back filling and water keeping mining. The results showed that when the mining height was 3 m, the back filling rate could reach to 75% which would protect the water aquifer without failure beyond 20 m above the roof. The back filling and water keeping mining technology mode had a strong application in Suixiao Mining Area and would have good application prospect.
