二次响应面分析法用于L-缬氨酸发酵培养基的优化 被引量:5

The Optimum of L-valine Fermentation Culture Based on Response Surface Analysis

摘要 采用二析因设计的布列可特-博曼(Plackett-Burman)设计法对L-缬氨酸的发酵培养基的组成因素进行筛选,筛选出了3个对L-缬氨酸发酵影响较大的三个重要因素,即葡萄糖、硫酸铵和豆饼水解液,并且用二次响应面分析法进行回归,得到了各因素的最佳水平值,在最优发酵条件下,L-缬氨酸的产量可达45g/L。 Two level factorial designs of Plackett-Burman were constructed to select fermentation media components of L-valine . Three important components which influence fermentation were found. The best level of three factors were determined by response surface analysis. Under the optimum fermentation conditions 45 g/L L-valine was obtained.
