摘要
本文结合当前医疗市场迅猛发展的形势和军队医院发展现状,通过对军队医院核心竞争力定义和认识误区的阐述,总结某院"以特色技术带动学科整体建设"和"以管理创新实现经济和社会效益的双赢"的实践经验,探索军队医院提升核心竞争力。
Combining with the situations of rapid development of the current health care market and status of military hospitals, the author discussed the definition and misunderstanding for Core competence of military hospitals. The concrete methods were enumerated in a hospital to promote overall construction of subject relying on characteristic technology and to achieve both economic and social benefit relying on management innovation. In addition, the problem to enhance core competence of military hospitals was explored and reflected.
