摘要
本文在对军队教学医院临床医师绩效管理现状分析的基础上,建立了一套科学、合理而且实用的绩效指标评价体系,客观、公正地衡量和评价临床医师的工作业绩和水平,有效激励临床医师的工作积极性,以全面提升军队教学医院的医疗质量和服务水平。
On the basis of analysis on status of performance management for clinic physician in military teaching hospitals, an indexes system were set up to analyze the performance the physician impersonally and equitably, with which the manager could prompt the enthusiasm of clinician and upgrade the medical treatment and service quality.
