摘要
通过分析当前军队疗养院建设发展情况,总结归纳疗养院存在的疗养康复学科发展缓慢、技术性服务弱化、疗养特色不明显等主要问题,进一步阐述导致问题产生的政策、社会等方面的宏观因素以及客观评价体系、技术力量等方面的微观因素。针对存在的问题以及影响因素,提出军队疗养院需要在业务建设、服务保障、管理手段以及技术建设等方面进行积极探索,全面推动疗养院技术建设的持续发展。
By analyze the status of military sanatoriums, the main problems in the development of the sanatoriums were introduced as lack of subject, weakness of technology level etc. And then the reasons of the problems were discussed and the countermeasures were proposed as enhancing operation construction, improving serving level, strengthening management methods and so on.
