摘要
改进型电子装备研制过程的特点是没有全状态的初样机和全状态的正样机,无法采用传统的正样机进行可靠性鉴定试验对其基本可靠性进行鉴定评价。文中通过控制和收集改进型电子装备研制过程的可靠性设计、分析、系统调试、环境试验、可靠性试验和已经列装的基本型装备使用的信息,采取综合评估的方法对其基本可靠性进行综合评价,并给出改进型电子装备基本可靠性水平。改进型电子装备可靠性综合评价将对沿用部分采用统计评估、对适应性改进部分采用分析评估、对新研部分采用过程评价的方法进行考核。最后,确定了改进型电子装备基本可靠性水平综合评价工作项目、评价方法和基本原则。
The development of modified electronic equipment features no full prototype and final prototypes, which makes it impossible to do the reliability evaluation test in the traditional way as with the final prototype. However, through the collection and processing of the data of reliability design, analysis, system debugging, and environmental test, as well as the information of the e- quipment in operation, a comprehensive evaluation of the modified electronic equipment can be made to give the basic reliability level. For those parts already in use, a statistical evaluation method is adopted; for those adaptively modified, analytical evaluation method is adopted; and for those newly developed parts, a process evaluation method is adopted. In this paper, the organization, responsibilities, operation items, evaluation method, and basic principle of comprehensive reliability evaluation of the modified electronif equipment is presented. On this basis, the whole schedule of development can be shortened, the risk of development can be minimized, and the exoenses of development can be reduced.
