应用尿液检测人乳头瘤病毒可行性的荟萃分析

摘要 目的通过对尿液中人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)检测与目前常用的宫颈刷或尿道拭子检测脱落细胞中的HPV相比,比较两者HPV检出的阳性率及阳性阴性一致符合率,评价应用尿液检测HPV的可行性。方法在8个基于PCR方法分型检测尿液HPV-DNA的国内外研究中,比较尿液检测与目前常规应用的宫颈组织或尿道拭子取脱落细胞检测的HPV阳性率。建立非条件Logistic回归模型,分别计算不同人群的尿液中检出HPV的调整阳性率。结果所有尿液标本中HPV检出的调整阳性率为43.0%,尿道拭子和宫颈刷取脱落细胞检测中HPV检出的调整阳性率为53.8%,两者一致符合率为79.9%。结论尿液中检测HPV作为一种取样方便、依从性好的方法,可以应用于临床检测HPV。
