摘要
采用大气模拟测控系统对4100QB-2柴油机燃用生物柴油/纯柴油混合燃料运行在不同海拔高度(81kPa和101kPa)下的性能进行了台架试验。试验分析了混合燃料的物性,根据其物性和掺混比计算出当量比油耗。对比分析了不同海拔下的自然吸气柴油机燃用混合燃料的外特性和负荷特性及有效热效率、机械效率。
Using an atmosphere simulation system, a 4100QB -2 four- cylinder diesel engine fueled with bio -diesel and diesel was used to conduct performance tests on a dynamometer in different altitude regions (80kPa and 101kPa). The author analyzes the nature of fuels by experiment, and converts measured value in- to equivalent fuel consumption. And the relationships among speed characteristics at full load, load characteristics, effective thermal efficiency and mechanical efficiency of natural aspiration diesel engine are compared and analyzed under different altitude regions.
