摘要
中国正迎来高速公路时代。高速公路时代安全行车在技术因素方面涉及车辆构造、道路设施与运行管理,在人的因素方面涉及驾驶习惯、保养与车检、安全运行的宣传教育与管理等。本文借鉴日本两次高速化对策的经验,指出必须从技术和人为因素两方面采取相应的高速化对策来避免和减少高速公路重大交通事故的发生。
The Chinese transportation is facing the times of motorway in which driving safety is related to engineering factors (including vehicle structure, road facilities, and transportation management) and human factors (including driving manner, maintenance checking and safety propaganda and education) Drawing on the experiences of twice strategies of high-speed realization in Japan.this paper points out that in order to avoid and reduce the serious traffic accidents, the appropriate countermeasures in both engineering and human factors must be taken in high-speed realization.
