摘要
目的:探讨分析结直肠癌手术的疗效。方法:回顾性分析2003年1月～2007年12月期间收治的100例结直肠癌患者施行全直肠系膜切除术(TME)的临床资料。结果:100例患者全部成功完成手术,无死亡病例。43例术后接受化疗,化疗前后施行中医药辅助治疗。术后随访6～30个月,随访94例(94%),病人均健在,术后3个月会阴部转移1例,术后6～15个月腹腔广泛转移3例。结论:结直肠癌患者施行全直肠系膜切除术(TME),手术治疗可以达到安全根治性切除肿瘤的目的,近期效果满意。
Objective：It is discussion and analysis of colorectal cancer surgery. Method：h is retrospective analysis in January 2003 - December 2007 during the 100 cases of colorectal cancer patients with the implementation of total mesorectal excision （TME） of the clinical data. Results：All of 100 cases were the successful completion, no deaths. 43 cases were given postoperative chemotherapy, chemotherapy before and after the implementation of adjuvant therapy in Chinese medicine. Postoperative follow-up of 6 - 30 months, follow-up of 94 cases （94%） patients were alive 3 months after the transfer of perineal example 1, 6 - 15 months after intraperitoneal transfer of three cases of extensive. Conclusion：Implementation of colorectal cancer in patients with total mesorectal excision （TME） surgery can achieve radical resection of tumor security purpose, the recent results were satisfactory.
