摘要
提出了采用55CrsiA油淬火回火钢丝代替50CrVA磨光钢丝制造东风;型内燃机车调压弹簧。通过疲劳试验及松弛试验比较两者的性能,结果表明,55CrsiA调压弹簧具有较高的疲劳强度和更高的抗松弛稳定性。装车考核表明,经20万km运行,调压弹簧未断,也未发现因其自身的质量问题而引起的柴油机功率衰退现象。综合性能评价为55CrsiA调压弹簧具有较高的疲劳性能和抗变形能力。
A new 55CrSiA oil-quenched and tempered wire,as a substitute for conventional55CrVA burnished wire, has been developed to make the pressure-adjustable spring forDongfeng 4 diesel. The fatigue and relaxation performances has beed tested for springs madeof the two kinds of wires. The result shows that the springs made of 55CrSiA wire are ofhigher fatigue strength and more stable antirelaxation than those made of 55CrSiA wire.After practical service of the new type springs for 200,000 km,no failure was found,and thepower output of the diesel engine with these new type springs kept normal.
