摘要
采用受控自由基聚合的新一代分散剂来制备10余种颜料的无树脂研磨色浆,并应用于9种常规的涂料树脂体系中进行测试。无论是对无机颜料,还是有机颜料,这些无树脂色浆均具有很高的颜料浓度、很低的黏度、很细的粒径和集中的粒径分布。无树脂色浆还具有较好的贮存稳定性和优异的调入性,可以适合不同的树脂体系。分散剂的添加量也与常规色浆接近。
New generation dispersant made through controlled free radical polymerization (CFRP) tech- nology is used to make resin- free pigment concentration (RFPC). More than 10 pigments including inor- ganic, organic pigment are selected to make the RFPCs with higher PVC, low viscosity, fine particle size and distribution. The pigment concentrates are applied in 9 different binder systems. These RFPCs also have good storage stability and excellent stir - in property. Therefore, they can be used in various binder systems. The dosage of dispersant is similar to that in normal pigment paste formulations.
