摘要
为了同时测定烟用白乳胶中残留单体——乙酸乙烯酯及其杂质乙酸乙酯,考察了萃取溶剂种类和用量、萃取方式、破乳、盐析、色谱柱的极性及有关分析条件对测定结果的影响,建立了用水破乳、正己烷萃取、丁酸乙酯作内标、采用GC同时测定烟用白乳胶中乙酸乙烯酯和乙酸乙酯含量的方法。结果表明:方法的检测限低于0.9μg/g,回收率为77%~82%,RSD〈3%。该方法适合烟用白乳胶中乙酸乙烯酯及乙酸乙酯的定量分析。
By investigating the influences of extraction solvents and application rates, extraction modes, demulsification, salting-out, polarity of chromatic columns and relative analytical conditions on the analytical results, a method for simultaneously determining the residual monomers, such as vinyl acetate and ethyl acetate, in polyvinyl acetate emulsion adhesive for cigarette with GC was developed, using water as a demulsifier, n-hexane as an extraction solvent and ethyl butyrate as an internal standard. The results showed that the recoveries of the method were from 77% to 82% with RSDs of 〈 3% and limits of detection under 0.9 μg/g. The method is suitable for quantitative analysis of vinyl acetate and ethyl acetate in polyvinyl acetate emulsion adhesive for cigarette.
