不同除草剂口服中毒治疗效果的观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的对比观察除草剂百草枯、草甘膦中毒后的临床症状、病死率和治疗效果。方法回顾性分析86例百草枯、60例草甘膦中毒患者的临床资料。结果86例百草枯中毒患者中,65例肝功能异常、48例肾功能异常,异常率分别为75.6%和55.8%,明显高于草甘膦中毒患者(33.3%和3.3%),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);百草枯中毒患者的丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBIL)、尿素氮、肌酐(Cr)明显高于草甘膦中毒患者,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);百草枯中毒者的病死率为达88.4%,草甘膦中毒无死亡者,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论除草剂百草枯中毒后危害性较大,病死率高。
