摘要
本文分三个部分。第一部分分析技术进步和消费结构发展的关系,探讨90年代消费结构向我国技术进步提出的要求;第二部分,分析决定我国消费结构发展的五个技术政策问题,即新技术开发与消费;技术、市场与消费;环境与消费;资源约束与消费;技术的二元结构转换与消费。第三部分,探讨促进我国消费结构发展的技术政策方面的思路,即重视技术选择与评估;重点解决农业与食品领域的技术政策问题;解决瓶颈产业的技术政策问题;用高新技术武装消费品工业,以及在国际竞争中谋求新的发展。
From a historical and realistic point of view, technological progress ist he basic power in raising the consuming level and improving the consuming structure. This article analyses the of consuming structure. It explores the relationship between technological progressand the develomentnecessity of technologi-cal progress in China raised by the consuming structure in the 90's. In addition, it also analyses five problems of technological policies in the development of the consuming strcture in China, they arc, new technology development and consuming, technology, market and consuming, environment and consuming, resource strains and consuming, and the change of technology structure and consuming.
