摘要
目的评价应用系列护理措施预防可达龙静脉用药所致静脉炎的效果。方法250例患者分为对照组82例、治疗组168例。对照组按常规输液治疗,治疗组采用输注前后用10mL生理盐水冲洗、用药期间局部热敷、土豆片外敷、健康教育等措施。结果对照发生静脉炎40例(48.78%),治疗组发生静脉炎22例(13.09%),治疗组静脉炎发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论采取以输注前后用10mL生理盐水冲洗的护理措施对可达龙静脉用药所致静脉炎有明显的预防作用。
Objective To appraisal the effect of dragon vein medication result phlebitis＇s effect using the series nursing measure prevention. Methods 250 eases patients were divide into the control group 82 cases ,the treatment group 168 cases. The control group was treraled the conventional infusion,the treatment group uses around the infusion with 10mL the physiological saline flushing,the medication period partial hot compress ,the potato chip to externally apply, measure results and so on health education. Results The control group had the phlebitis altogether 40 cases（48.78% ）,the treatment group had the phlebitis 22 cases（ 13.09% ）,the treatment group phlebitis formation rate was lower than the control group obviously（P〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Adopts to may reach the dragon vein medication result phlebitis by the infusion around with the 10mL physiological saline flushing nursing measure to have the obvious prevention function.
