摘要
目的探讨糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)在妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)筛查中的价值及意义。方法分别对35例GDM患者和291例正常孕妇进行口服糖负荷实验(OGCT)及HbA1c检测。结果GDM组OGCT、HbA1c检测结果明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。HbA1c法检测的敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值及准确度均高于OGCT法。结论HbA1c检测可作为临床GDM诊断筛查的指标。
Objective To discuss the significance and value of HbA1c on diagnosis of gestational diabetes mellitus（GDM）. Methods Tirty-five cases of GDM patients and 291 cases of normal pregnant women were detected with OGCT and HbA1c. Results The levels of OGCT and HbA1c in GDM group were higher than those in control group. There were significantly difference （P〈 0.05）. The sensitivity, specificivy,positive predictive value,negative predictive value and accuracy degree of HbA1c were higher than those of OGCT.Conclusion The detection of HbA1c can become an index in diagnosis of GDM.
