摘要
本文对现有的学科评估方法:主观评估和科学计量进行了系统的比较分析。在此基础上,就如何结合发展中国家科学研究活动的特点,建立和完善我国学科评估理论和方法,提出自己的看法。
This paper has conducted a critical review of methods for evaluating Scientific research, focussing on the comparative analysis between expert judgement and Scientometrics. The author also has put forward the main points about developing systematic theories and methods for evaluating scientific research in China, according to the characteristics of R & D in developing countries.
