摘要
对亚硫酸盐蔗渣浆的H2O2强化氧脱木素工艺进行研究,并对氧脱木素后纸浆的H2O2后续漂白进行探讨,同时考察其废水特性。添加0.6%的H2O2可以提高氧脱木素的选择性;采用PP和PO后续漂白方式,可以提高H2O2利用率,改善漂白效果,在氧压为0.5MPa时的Po后续漂白,可以使白度达到80.1%ISO。OPQPO漂白方式,可以降低废水污染负荷。
The oxygen delignification of sulfite bagasse pulp by H2O2 reinforcement was researched in this paper. H2O2 bleaching after oxygen delignification was also discussed. The character of waste-water was analyzed. The results showed that H2O2 usage of 0.6% could improve the oxygen delignification efficiency. PP and PO bleaching could remarkably increase the brightness of oxygen delignified pulp. The final whiteness of the OPQPO pulp could reach 80.1%ISO under the oxygen pressure of 0.5MPa in H2O2 bleaching while lowering waste-water load.
