摘要
对全日制自学考试助学班50名考生撰写的毕业论文进行分析,发现考生论文从选题、撰写的基本格式、内容的新颖性和严肃性方面均存在一定问题。提出优化自考护理本科教育课程设置,开设论文写作必修课和学术论文专题讲座,建立毕业论文考核前撰写开题报告制度,灵活选聘导师,建立导师工作监督机制,加强考生管理和毕业论文的学风建设等,提高考生毕业论文的撰写水平,促进护理科研的发展。
In the light of the analysis regarding the graduation theses of 50 undergraduates at the self-learning program in nursing, it was found that the main problems occurring in topic selection, writing format, and the novelty and the seriousness of the content. It suggests that we should optimize the nursing education curricula of self-learning undergraduate program in nursing, set up compulsory writing course and academic lectures, establish open reporting system before writing thesis, flexibly hire tutors, develop monitoring mechanisms for tutors＇ work, strengthen the management of students and build up the good academic environment. Through these strategies, the development of nursing research would be facilitated.
