摘要
首先,本文以生产函数理论为基础,在固定规模报酬和固定实际工资率的假定下,给出了技术进步偏向的测定方法。然后,我们根据统计资料,对中国国营工业和乡镇工业的技术进步偏向进行了测定和分析,得出了中国工业的技术进步一直偏向资本增用这样一个基本结论,并对其成因作了简单的分析。最后,本文从理论上分析了在技术进步偏向资本增用条件下的经济发展问题,得出了在此条件下经济发展欲获得成功必须大量引进外资的结论。
First, on the basis of production function theory and under CRW hypothesis and CRTS hypothesis, this paper puts forward the method of measuring technical progress bias of Chinese industry. Second, according to statistical data, the technical progress bias of Chinese state-operated industry and rurual industry is estimated. And it is conctuded that technical progress of Chinese industry is always capital biased or labour-saving biased. And the causes of this situation are expounded. Third, economic development under the condition of labour-saving bias is discussed. It is held that foreign capital inflow is a key to the success of development under this condition.
