摘要
本文通过Ho3+离子在SrS和ZnS基质中晶体场环境的差异,分析SrS:Ho3+的电致发光机理,与光致发光光谱比较,得出Ho3+离子在SrS基质中的电致发光为能量从基质晶格通过4f95d态到发光中心的能量传输过程。
Electroluminescent mechanism of SrS:Ho 3+ was investigated by comparing difference of the crystal structures in SrS and ZnS hosts.Reference to the PL spectrum of SrS:Ho 3+ powder,we think that electroluminescent mechanism in SrS:Ho 3+ is mainly energy transition from SrS crystal host to Ho 3+ ions luminescent centre through 4f 95d electron configuration.
