摘要
设计了一种以ARM7微控制器LPC2210为核心的燃料电池型呼气式酒精测试仪;该仪器在LPC2210上移植嵌入式操作系统uClinux,利用燃料电池传感器的输出电压与酒精浓度的相关性,通过采集燃料电池传感器中酒精气体反应产生的模拟信号计算出酒精浓度;详细介绍了燃料电池传感器的电化学原理,及在ARM-Linux嵌入式操作系统环境下,利用轻量级的图形用户界面支持系统MiniGUI进行软件界面开发的方法,提高了人机交互友好性和易操作性;实验表明,该酒精测试仪具有稳定性好、精度高、抗干扰性强的明显优点。
A fuel ceil breath alcohol tester centralized on ARM7 microcontroller LPC2210 is designed. The tester transplanted embedded operating system uClinux to LPC2210, collected and processed the analog signals generated by ethanol gas in the fuel cell sensor with the fact that the breath alcohol concentration has a unique, well-- defined characteristic within the output voltage. The electrochemical principle of the fuel cell sensor was introduced in detail, the software was developed in ARM--Linux embedded operating system environment based on MiniGUI which was a lightweight graphics user interface, this enhanced the human--computer interaction friendliness and operability. The experiment results indicate that this tester has well stability, high precision and strong anti interference.
