摘要 机载气象雷达(WXR)是现代民航飞机上保障飞行安全的重要电子设备,其维护及排故是飞机维护工作中的重要内容;为满足新技术条件下的机务培训要求,拓展维修深度,设计并实现了机载气象雷达维护模拟系统;该维护模拟系统通过对机载气象雷达的故障分析与建模,充分利用现有的航空电子设备,可将电子拆装、通电测试、模拟排故等航线维护工作项目集于一体,形成综合性的培训平台;最后,通过一个实例说明了该维护模拟系统的设计原理和维护应用。 Aircraft weather radar (WXR) is one of the important avionics systems for flight safety. The repair and trouble shooting of WXR often appears in aircraft maintenances. In order to satisfy the training requirement of aircraft crew in modern technique and extend maintenance deepness, the maintenance simulator for aircraft weather radar is designed. By analyzing the fault of the aircraft weather radar system and constructing model, the maintenance simulator can implementing integrated maintenance procedures such as removal and installation , adjustment and test , stimulant trouble shooting and so on using available aviation electronic equipments. Finally an application example demonstrates the maintenance simulator for aircraft weather radar.
