基于单片机的锥板式血液粘度仪的控制系统

摘要 为一种新型锥板式血液粘度仪设计了控制系统,详述了系统的测量原理以及各功能模块的实现;通过驱动锥体转动并测齿盘瞬时衰减速度来计算锥体受到的阻力矩,从而获得血液粘度值,有效避免了使用传统锥板式血液粘度仪拉力测力矩的方式;采用89C51单片机作为中心智能单元,通过多路模拟开关实现对液晶显示、键盘扫描、串口打印、温度控制以及上下位机通信的分时控制;应用结果表明,该控制系统运行稳定可靠,操作简单,具有一定的实用性和推广价值。 A control system for a new type cone and plate blood viscometer was designed and implemented. Meanwhile, both the measurement principle and the techniques for realization of function modules of it were presented in detail. By driving the cone and detecting the instantaneous attenuation rate of the dial, which is better than using the traditionary pull sensor , the drag torque of the cone could be deduced in order to achieve the blood viscosity. By the analog multiplexer, a single--chip microcomputer 89C51 which was used as the central intelligent unit could control liquid crystal display, keyboard scan, serial print, temperature circuit and communication of the chips and the upper--computer for time--sharing. The application shows that this system runs stably and easy to be operated. The technology and methods adopted in the system are practical and worthy of using abroad.
