摘要
介绍了白车身机器人焊接生产线系统的组成,设计了白车身车门加工的工艺流程;以西门子S7-200为核心控制器设计了生产线的控制系统,并详细地对PLC的选型,硬件的设计和软件编制的流程进行了说明;给出了PLC的I/O接口图和详细的接线图,编制了PLC与机器人的通讯协议,对夹具体的自动识别技术原理进行了深入探讨;以模块化编程为基础进行编程,实现了系统的稳定性和可扩展性。
The author described the composition of the BIW robot welding production line system and the design of technological process of the BIW door. The author designed the control system for welding production line based on the core controller Siemens S7--200, and introduced the selection of PLC, the design of hardware and the process of software in details. The design of I / O interface drawing and the detailed wiring diagram of PLC, and the communication protocol methodology between the PLC and the robot were described in this article. The author made an in-- depth discussion on the principle of automatic identification technology of the specific folder. The program based on the modular programming met the system' s stability and scalability.
