摘要
在制浆造纸工业过程中,黑液波美度是一个至关重要的工艺指标,保证黑液波美度在一定范围内对于提高碱回收率和减少洗涤用水量有着重要的意义;针对黑液波美度不易在线实时测量的现状,文中通过对与黑液波美度相关因素进行分析,利用高级算法建立了黑液波美度的软测量模型;借助模型误差最小化原则,确定了模型相关参数;最后,通过现场采集的样本数据进行实验研究,结果表明该模型可行、有效,且测量精度完全满足生产要求。
The Baume degrees of black liquor is an important industry parameter in the process of pulping and papermaking industry, which in the set scope is helpful to increase the rate of alkali recovery and reduce of water washing. Aiming at the fact that the direct on-line measuring the Baume degrees of black liquor is very difficult, the influence factors on the Baume degrees were analyzed in detail to develo Pan advanced algorithm soft model, which can solve the difficult problems in conventional soft measurement by the smallest error principle and the Correlative parameters of the model. At last, the soft model was proved feasibility and validity by experiment of using actual process data. And its measuring precision can satisfy the needs of industrial production completely.
