基于红外光纤多液层检测系统的研究与设计 被引量:1

摘要 低成本、高精度、结构简单,安全可靠的油水分离器对于提高化工生产的安全水平和效率具有重要意义;介绍了一种以微处理器AT89S52为核心、利用红外光吸收理论实时检测化工生产中多层液体的嵌入式系统;运用化工生产中各层液体浓度不同对红外光吸收程度不同的理论,设计了红外光纤传感器的信号调理电路,开发了以AT89S52为核心,包括A/D转换模块、数据存储模块、串口通讯模块在内的中央硬件处理平台;基于红外光纤液层检测系统与同类系统相比,具有成本低廉,传感检测探头本质安全,系统安全级别高,实时性好,便于大规模推广应用的特点,具有广阔的应用前景。 Oil and water division device with a structure simple, cost effective, high precision and safe plays an important role in chemistry energy system applications. In this paper, a multi--layer liquid detecting system for high--safety with luminous absorption principle centralizing on microprocessor--AT89S52 is introduced. Applying the theory that the luminous absorption is different if the concentration of liquid is different , the system with infrared optical fiber sensor for multi-- layer detection is designed. The MCU hardware platform centralizing on AT89S52 is developed. It consists of AD conversion module, data storing module and serial port communication module. Compared with the traditional sensors, the infrared optical fiber sensor used in this paper is characterized by safety and simple. With the embedded processor, this system has advantages of good real--time performance, offline operation. It has broad application prospect .
