摘要
本文从唯象的光学三稳态系统的动力学模型出发,在偏置加脉冲激发的条件下,从理论和数值计算两方面对光学三稳态器件的开关特性进行了研究,得到了光学三稳态器件各个稳定态之间相互跃迁及最短的开关时间所应满足的条件。所得结果对于光学三稳器件在光学计算机、集成光学及光纤通讯等方面的应用有实际指导意义。
This paper,starting from the dynamics equation of optical tristability system in a phenmenological way,we study the pulse response characteristrics of the tristability devices by theoretic and computer imitation under holding pulsed light excitation.We make an analysis on the condition of the jump among the steady state,and the shortest switching time.The results for optical computer,integrated optics and optical fibre communication are useful in the practical application of the optical tristability deviceds.
