摘要
传统除氧器结构为静定结构.随着除氧器尺寸的增加,双支座已经不能满足强度等其它工程指标的需要.增加冗余支座的数量是一种解决问题的方法.处于安全方面的考虑,首要工作是得到可靠性指标.在实际应用前,通过除氧器可靠性以及可靠性灵敏度的计算结果,可以对除氧器参数进行设计.实际应用通常对可靠性要求比较高,讨论了除氧器结构参数设计方法.结果表明通过参数设计可以得到足够的可靠性.
The traditional deaerator structure is statically determinate structure. However, as the geometry size of deaerator increases, the double bracing can not satisfy the strength and many other engineering demands. To increase the number of the redundant braces is one way to solve the problem. To the consideration of the safety, the primary work is to obtain the reliability index. The deaerator parameters can be designed based on the result of reliability and the reliability sensitivity, which is finished before application of the deaerator. High reliability is expected, so the parameters design method of deaerator structure is focused in this paper, the results show that the parameters can be designed to obtain adequate reliability.
