摘要
本试验以等能量(11.29MJ/kg)、等蛋白质(19.40%)和等磷水平(0.46%)的低磷日粮对肉鸭进行代谢试验,研究不同肉鸭日粮钙磷比对耐热植酸酶应用效力的影响。试验共设8种试验饲粮:4种为不含植酸酶的基础日粮,钙磷比分别为1.0、1.2、1.4和1.6(BD1.0、BD1.2、BD1.4和BD1.6);4种为分别在上述4种基础日粮的基础上添加100g/t植酸酶(即500U/kg)的试验日粮(PD1.0、PD1.2、PD1.4和PD1.6)。在代谢试验结束后,分别测定各试验日粮和粪样的干物质、有机物和总磷的含量。结果表明:(1)4种基础日粮的干物质和有机物的表观消化率以及磷的存留率的差异均不显著(P>0.05);(2)PD1.0、PD1.2组和PD1.4组日粮的干物质表观消化率较PD1.6组分别提高了24.6%(P<0.05)、21.3%(P<0.05)和17.6%(P>0.05),有机物表观消化率分别提高了20.1%(P<0.05)、16.2%(P<0.05)和13.6%(P>0.05),总磷存留率分别提高了3.83%(P>0.05)、17.6%(P>0.05)和13.2%(P>0.05);(3)PD1.0、PD1.2、PD1.4组和PD1.6组的表观可利用磷当量分别为0.10%、0.11%、0.10%和0.06%。综合本试验结果表明,肉鸭日粮钙磷比约为1.2时最有利于耐热植酸酶效力发挥。
Diets of isocaloric( 11.29 MJ/kg),isonitrogenous( 19.40 %)and isophosphorus(0.46 %) were used to evaluate the effects of different dietary calcium to total phosphorus ratio on the efficacy of supplemental heat-stable phytase expressed by a gene-engineered yeast for ducks by metabolie trials.The 4 basal diets(BD1.0,BD1.2,BD1.4 and BD1.6)conrained 0.46 % ,0.55 % ,0.64 % and 0.74 % of calcium respectively,with dietary calcium to total phosphorus ratio of 1.0,1.2,1.4 and 1.6 respectively.The other 4 experimental diets(PD1.0,PD1.2,PD1.4 and PD1.6)were those 4 basal diets supplemented with heat-stable phytase at 100 g/t or 500 U/kg respectively.The faeces and diet samples were collected to analyze the content of dry matter,organic matter and phosphorus.The results showed that:( 1 )The apparent digestibilities (AD) of dry matter,organic matter and phosphorus retention had no significant difference among the 4 basal diets (P 〉 0.05); (2)The AD of dry matter in groups of PD1.0,PD1,2 and PD1.4 were 24.6 %(P 〈 0.05),21.3 %(P 〈 0.05)and 17.6 %(P 〉 0.05)higher than those of PD1.6 group respectively,whereas the AD of organic matter 20.1%(P 〈 0.05), 16.2 % (P 〈 0.05)and 13.6 % (P 〉 0.05)higher respectively,the phosphorus retention 3.83 % (P 〉 0.05), 17.6 % (P 〉 0.05)and 13.2 %(P 〉 0.05)higher respectively; (3)The apparent available phosphorus of PD0.8,PD1.2,PD1.4 and PD1.6 group were 0.10 % ,0.11% ,0.10 % and 0.06 % respectively.In conclusion, the dietary calcium to total phosphorus ratio of 1.2 was optimum for maximum efficacy of heat-stable phytase in ducks.
